As a third-generation English instructor, helping others with their writing is simply a part of who I am. With each class, I recognize ways to further encourage my students in their writing efforts. Working with University Writing at Auburn University has also shaped how I approach writers and offer feedback. As I move forward in my PhD studies, I aim to become a professor who can continue to positively impact students in their writing.
